Ian is away still so no Dark*Matter again this week. As a replacement late game David has offered to have a go at running a game of CROM!
CROM! is a miniatures based on adventures of Conan the Barbarian, crusher of enemies, observer of those driven before him and lamenting women enthusast.

First ships have arrived, B'Rel class Bird of Prey Frigates. In ACTA:SF or SFB they are Klingon F5 Frigates.
It's going to be after BLAM before I get them sprayed up now. But I'll have painted pictures up as soon as possible.

Undead Progress, Skeletons complete

The last ten skeletons are done and added to the unit, which completes both the unit and the 500pts KoW army. Not bad progress, 500pts of troops ready to play and completed in less than a month.
I'll try and get a group shot of the whole army later.
Klingon Books arrived

More Undead Finished

The completed unit of twenty Revenants, plus another rank for the Skeletons. Just ten more skellies to go and I've completed the 500pts army for Kings of War. I'll push on and get the second unit of Wraiths done then take a break from this project.
Once I've had a break to paint something else up, I'll come back and push this army up to 1,000pts. I'll have to figure out what to add to make up the remaining points. Could do with another solid unit.
No Dark*Matter for two weeks

Learning Klingon

To ensure I get the markings correct on ships and details right when we play Harvey's Trek and Traveller: Prime Directive, I've decided to try and learn a little Klingon.
The Klingon Language Institute do a postal/email course, which looks like a good place to start.
I've printed out the course materials and ordered the books from Amazon. Once the books arrive, I'll get started. I'll need at least the Klingon Dictionary to begin.
